The brief called for 12 apartments with close access to the beach. Each of the apartments was to have privacy from each other while embracing as much of the sun as possible.
The concept was as open plan building that radiates out to create the desired privacy with maximum solar gain. The unique design allows for a breezeway from the front door to the balcony as a sharp alternative or contrast to the favoured box designs with south facing apartments. |
